We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with team members to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects. Your responsibilities will include managing job sites, overseeing project deliverables, and taking charge of measurements, orders, and scheduling as required.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review site measurements and communicate purchase orders as needed
  • Follow up on permits and HOA approvals, scheduling inspections as required
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule product installations
  • Manage materials and labor for all installations
  • Ensure timely collection of funds from customers at measure and upon completion of installation
  • Confirm installations meet customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate finish work such as drywall, stucco, trim, and paint as necessary
  • Oversee service/warranty responsibilities
  • Manage and develop installation and service employees
  • Complete bi-weekly payroll for all installation and service employees
  • Ensure compliance with Company Safety and Health Programs
  • Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in the home improvement industry (required)
  • Ability to hire and train subcontractor crews 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective communication with internal and external customers
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CAD, 2020 Design, Pro Kitchen preferred
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes to completion
  • Work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters
  • Budget management experience

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Some evenings and weekends may be required
  • Regional and local travel is necessary 70% of the time

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
