The Digital Marketing Specialist serves as a vital connection between our company and potential customers, utilizing digital channels to enhance engagement and facilitate sales conversions. We seek candidates with strong communication skills, a commitment to providing excellent customer service, and proficiency in navigating digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle email and text inquiries generated from our online marketing campaigns.
• Manage inbound calls resulting from online marketing efforts.
• Initiate outbound calls as necessary to follow up on prospective customers' inquiries.
• Utilize scripts to effectively qualify prospective customers, providing precise and compelling responses to all inquiries.
• Goal-oriented scheduling and rescheduling of appointments for our company's sales representatives.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer programs such as Lead Perfection, Hatch, and Microsoft Office.
• Establish a focused work area devoid of distractions and with ergonomic considerations (e.g., sitting upright at a desk).
• Effectively de-escalate situations involving upset or dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
• Collaborate with other call center team members to enhance performance and elevate customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service and phone experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Great active listening skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Computer literate and experience in data entry, MS Outlook, MS Word.
