Remodel USA is one of the leading home improvement companies on the East Coast with special national brand alignments.

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Project Coordinator based out of our Capitol Heights MD office! This is an extremely busy role that requires attention to detail, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Interruptions and change are the norm and needed to be handled with patience and a positive attitude.

This role is for someone who is very service-oriented, has superior customer service skills, and has excellent time management skills. This person would ideally have experience in home improvement (preferably windows, doors, and baths). If this sounds like you, then this may be your dream job!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• You will be providing a high level of customer service for our home remodeling divisions.
• Accurately completing and processing sales paperwork.
• Assist Project Manager in acquiring permits for jobs.
• Scheduling installations and service appointments.
• Receiving jobs, updating job statuses, and scanning documents to job files.
• Assisting in closure of project including collecting essential paperwork
• Communicating with customers throughout the entire process

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE:

• This role is Monday-Friday 8 AM – 4 PM.
• This role is paid hourly at $20/hour to start, with monthly performance-based incentive bonuses up to an additional $1750/month.
